Where do the cars come from?
All new cars are supplied directly from UK franchised suppliers. We do not import directly from Europe.
What makes and models are available?
We have a wide range of vehicles available, if you can’t find the make and model of the car you’re interested in, let us know and we’ll find it for you, with the same massive savings as our deals on this website.
How do prices compare to dealers and manufacturers?
We will be able to beat any main dealer on price because we are not required to follow the pricing structure set out by the manufacturer. So you’ll receive exactly the same car, but with massive savings.
What is included within the price?
The prices shown on our website are fully inclusive of VAT and include all on the road costs, first registration fee, number plates and road fund licence.
Will I have to pay any other costs?
No, any additional costs will be clearly stated.
How much deposit do I pay?
We require a deposit of £500 (subject to value of car) together with a signed order form to reserve and order your chosen vehicle. This is payable by credit card or cheque.
How do you ensure the quality of the vehicles?
All vehicles purchased through AutoxDirect are provided directly from the manufacturer, so the quality of the vehicle will be exactly as if purchased from a dealer showroom.
How do I find out the cost of optional extras?
You can add optional extras to your new car as specified by the manufacturer and we will be happy to quote the cost of tailoring them to your chosen car.
What colours are available?
Most vehicles can be supplied in any colour that the manufacturer supplies. Colours available can be viewed from the manufacturers website or ask our sales team.
What will you do with my information?

If I have a problem after the car is delivered, whom do I talk to?
We are committed to offering excellent aftercare service. When you take delivery, you will still be able to contact us if you have any problem with the vehicles.
What kind of warranty are cars supplied with?
All new cars supplied come with their manufacturer's warranty, which in most cases is up to three years.
What happens if you don’t have my specific vehicle in stock?
If you don’t find what you are looking for on our website, speak to our sales team or contact us and we will do our best to locate the desired vehicle through our many suppliers.
Do you offer the facility to test-drive the cars on offer?
No, because they are supplied directly to you from the manufacturer. However, there is nothing to stop you from contacting a local dealer for the car you wish to test-drive then take advantage of the savings and the service we offer.
Is the picture shown on the website the car that I will get?
The car models pictured are indicative of the particular model generally and may include optional extras. They should not be taken as representing any car you may choose. We advise you to carefully check the specifications for your particular choice of car to ensure that it meets your particular needs.
Where will my car be delivered, can I have it delivered to my door?
You may have it delivered anywhere in the UK. Delivery is normally free, unless otherwise stated and the utmost care is always taken whether it is a transported or driven delivery. To give additional peace of mind you will always have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before you accept delivery.
How and where do I send the money to?
If you're thinking of buying a car over the Internet then security for your funds is obviously a very major factor in determining your decision. We can accept deposit payments via Credit card or cheque, made payable to ‘AutoXDirect Ltd’.
The remaining balance of the vehicle would require to be paid by cleared funds and payments can be made by either BACS or CHAPS or bankers draft. A BACS payment takes around 3 working days after you have instructed your bank. A CHAPS payment is credited same day. If you chose to collect your vehicle payment can also be made via bankers draft.
Under what circumstances can I cancel the order?
The terms governing cancellation are described in the Terms and Conditions. If you have any specific questions, please ask our sales team to help you.
Will the price change after I have ordered the car?
This is a possibility, however orders placed are usually honoured at the price when placed but this is not guaranteed. In such an event you would be informed of any changes as soon as possible to establish if the order is to go ahead.
Will I be the first registered owner on the V5 registration document?
In order to ensure the lowest prices, vehicles are pre-registered in the suppliers name and registration documents (V5) can be held for up to 8 months. This does not affect ownership of the vehicle as an invoice is supplied as proof of purchase. All vehicles are sold with full 12 months Road Tax therefore registration documents (V5) should not be required, if they are needed copies of registration documents (V5) can be supplied upon request.
Will my local supplier be able to service and maintain my car after delivery?
The local dealership of the car you purchased or a manufacturer approved service centre will be able to carry out all the servicing and maintenance your car may need.
How long will it take to get my car?
The average lead on time on a stock vehicle is 14 days. If a stock vehicle is not available in the exact specification required, a vehicle can be factory ordered with the lead-time being subject to confirmation by the manufacturer at the point of order.
Can I pick my own number plates?
Personalised plates can be put on vehicles once the registration documents (V5) are released, but at point of purchase registration plates cannot be selected.
When will I need to pay the balance of my car?
